Downtown North Wilkesboro Bridal Session | Wilkes County Photographer

21 May 2014

I had the privilege of meeting Kasie, this beautiful bride at last years Bridal Expo put on by Bridal Traditions. During her quick visit at my booth she entered to win a complimentary portrait session and we chatted about my ridiculously cute and even more ridiculously uncomfortable shoes. Not only did she enter, she won! Lucky me, because she sure made a beautiful bride!

A few months later we set out to complete her downtown bridal session..on a super hot summer day! Honestly, I am not sure how she kept any makeup on her face...but somehow she managed to look flawless the entire time! Not long after our beautiful downtown bridal session, she packed her bags and moved cross country to California to be with her future hubby. This past weekend they said "I do!"

Below are a few of my favorites from her bridal session that took place at several downtown North Wilkesboro locations!
Congratulations Kasie & Phil, I wish you two a lifetime of love and happiness!

I am so glad we were able to incorporate this quilt into her session and I absolutely love this photo of her...just look at her eyes!

A few weeks ago I submitted several photos for the 2014 Denim + Grace  Posebook, after sending I was hopeful of course but didn't really give it another thought. A few weeks later I check my email and find not one but two emails congratulating me on having photos selected for their first ever Posebook...excited was an understatement!
Fast forward a few weeks and the Posebook is published, I couldn't wait to see which photos made the cut, so here they are...

Leslie & Greg Couple's Session| Wilkes County Photographer

16 April 2014

Leslie and I have been chatting back and forth for months. Their session was originally planned as a fall mini session for their Christmas cards but when things didn't work out we moved the session to early Spring, which ended up working out great! We were able to photograph their session the weekend of the anniversary of their engagement...how cute is that!! On top of that we were blessed with a beautiful Spring day for their session!!!

Working with people who love each other and show it is so much fun and I had an amazing time photographing these two- I can't wait to work with you guys again :)
